Terms of Service:

Payment:
- Payment must be done through PayPal Goods & Services
Payment is required 100% upfront, non-negotiable
- If your commission request is approved, you will receive an invoice from me to the email you enter below
Refunds:
- If you wish to cancel your commission, you will receive a prorated refund based on amount of completion (if not started you will get a 100% refund, if it is 50% complete you will receive a 50% refund, and so on)
- If I cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (life events, family emergency, etc…) you will get a 100% refund regardless of % of completion
- If I need to cancel the commission due to violation of my TOS, you will receive a prorated refund at the previously described rates
Progress Updates:
- Please use my Trello commission queue to check the status of your commission
Usage rights:
- My commission prices are set for personal use, commercial use (selling merchandise with the commission on them) is subject to +50% of commission price
- Unless requested otherwise, commissions can be used by me for advertising, my portfolio, and posting on social media
Revisions:
- Reasonable revisions (both the changes and the amount of changes) can be made during the full commission process
-Major changes not originally requested (changing the full pose, clothing, background, adding additional items) will be subject to an additional fee based on time taken to make the change at a rate of $5/30 minutes rounded
-Mistakes made by me will be corrected for free
Deadlines and Delivery:
- Commissions are completed in first-in, first-out order unless you have a deadline that is subject to a rush fee
- Turnaround time may vary depending on commission queue length and will be communicated with you: 0-2 in queue= 1-2 week(s); 3-5 in queue = 2-4 weeks; 6+ = 30 days+
- I will do rush commissions for an additional fee of 25-100% of commission price depending on how fast you need (25% for need it next week and there are 3 ahead of you in queue, 50% if 4-6 ahead of you in queue, 100% if you need it within day(s). This will put you at the front of the commission queue and I will work additional hours to ensure completion
- If I am not able to complete the commission within the original estimated time-frame I will proactively communicate (you won’t have to hunt me down). If the updated timeframe does not meet your deadline you are eligible for a 100% refund if you communicated the deadline when you requested the commission
Communication:
- I require clear, honest, and upfront communication. I take things literally and do not pick up on hints, undertones, sometimes even jokes. I want you to be happy with your commission, unclear communication or instructions can cause your commission to come out different than you envisioned, which isn’t fair to either party.
- Please provide specifics if you have them (pose, lighting, character profile, background).
- Please provide references if you have them (character, pose, background, etc.)
- If you do not have a clear vision in mind please communicate this, I am happy to help brainstorm and make a rough sketch out of a few ideas for you
Will do:
- Real people, OCs, existing characters, animals
- Furries
- NSFW
- Gore
Won’t do:
- Anything hateful
- Anything inappropriate involving minors or animals (lolli, feral)
- Anything that makes me uncomfortable (this includes NSFW or gore requests that I’m not comfortable doing)
- Political
